Shook, Hardy & Bacon has graciously offered to host the Agricultural Business Council of Kansas City in January, for what has become a traditional legal update for the Council.  This year's session will be held January 21, 2016 at the Shook, Hardy & Bacon offices at 2555 Grand Boulevard in Kansas City.

Speakers this year include Jim Muehlberger and Jara Settles with Shook, Hardy & Bacon, who will be speaking on "natural" consumer class action litigation.  The keynote speaker will be John Kuckelman, General Counsel for Elanco Animal Health.  In his role, John leads the global legal team, which has responsibilities for the legal affairs of Elanco around the world.
